Unable to debug silverlight application

I have created simple file upload control in silverlight5 and added test web page in my web UI project.

in first time build the test page show the file upload and then i made some changes. But in test page the changed ui of silverlight does not show. all text are like old which i replaced and i tried to debug that project but no breakpoint is firing...

it was yesterday , today i tried to view that page that page doesnt show only white screen appears even when i try to debug the debugger stops suddenly and same white page shows. does nt show silverlight control

i also tried to clean project and built again but it didnt effect

need help
