How to Convert XML Files into one Excel Sheet

Hey I tried a lot to convert XML file into Excel sheet But I m helpless.
I have given a folder which are having many XML files.
That XML files are having same headers just that file are recorded on diffrent date.
I have to convert that whole files into one excel sheet with using C# 4.0 as I have Silverlight 4 also.
Please guide me....

Solution 1

Using XMLClassObjects and ExcelObjects open all xml files and write it in to one destination excel file.

Hey thanx for help but As I mentioned previously that I Am having XML files folder to which I wanted to convert into Excel sheet.....

Means....
1> I have to convert my XML files into Dataset using C# with silverlight 4
2> then Dataset to XSL file excel file

please tell me it step by step.........
