Suggestions and TODOs

The suggestions & TODOs list for the Quick Answers system is now tracked here.

I feel this list more appropriate belongs to the tip/trick space than it does under Quick Answers for the following reasons:

• In no way is a TODO list a "question". It's not a true tip/trick either but it does more closely resemble it.
• Discussions between CP staff and members were occurring in the content of the question. Obviously the content area is a poor tool for discussion. A forum is far more appropriate.
• Moving the discussion to the forum beneath the new tip/trick will allow us to address members directly.
