You can add any no of pages using cpanel u must have username and password of cpanel or u can use ftp also

Solution 2

In Visual studio go to File> open web site. From open web site dialog box you can select file system, IIS, FTP or remote site as you need. ones you import you can change the files you need and deploy back to same location.
