BC30456: 'InitializeCulture' is not a member of

Why do I get the following error when I run this page on the live server.

BC30456: 'InitializeCulture' is not a member of 'ASP.ticketcenter_aspx'

The page always runs fine in the development environment.

Thanks for any help provided.

If you use Visual studio to publish your site, during the publishing stage on framework 2.0 uncheck the "allow this precompiled site to be updatable".
This solved my problem completely.
