Not Shwoing the Changes Applied to Form in windows Project

The problem with my current is that is not showing the changes applied to the designer of the form during runtime.I tried restore my project my project from backup,although it works fine on it but after a while the same problem persists in backup project also..whats d solution??

Problem is we created an application 3 years ago in VS2008 We just changed design last 2 weeks
After some certain time it stops taking in changes for example when we add button on designer doesnt show during run time but that button is actually there
Stops taking db updates

Have you checked whether the controls are getting added and removed by code i.e. programatically. because there may be the case that forms are getting created from code and the designer values are being overrided - just a thought.
