I have run into a little problem in getting tabular data from scanned image. There is a simple problem Aforge.net works only on black background. The table and cell borders are black. When I save the pdf file containg tabular data as image, Aforge works fine but when I take up the scanned data, Aforge finds no blobs. The scanned is grayscale 8bit bmp at 500dpi. On scanning, the tables in the resulting image become grayish instead of black. Converting the image to black n white is a long process as I have approx 70,000 sheets to scan.

Kindly help me with this black background problem of Aforge.

Well, if this is the problem, just invert the image before recognition.

The image is 500dpi, and approx. 4000*7000 in size. It will take a long time to invert. And I have a lot of images(70,000 sheets).
