C++ Voice Command Control

Hey Guys,

I am using Microsoft Speech API (SAPI) to take my voice and write down commands. After the command is written down, I want to write a program that will read the written down command and send a control through the printer port to control a external device. Being new at this does anyone have any advice?

Hi Nathan,

Do you really mean printer port (LPT, COM) or do you mean a printer driver?
