I do not understand what you are asking, would you mind just clarifying for us please?

Is your issue that the Client page looks different to the master page that you have set up?

Your question isn't very clear. However, I take it that you mean the content page elements cause your masterpage elements to change position. This is a CSS issue. You most likely have an element, or elements, in the content page that are causing this. Trace your styles with your favorite developer toolkit for the browser you are using.
