publishing asp.net to iis7 error 85

hi experts
i want to publish my asp.net project (c#) to iis7 (on my computer), i tried:

Build -> Publish A4.PLO.pTKOPIN -> Web Deploy

but it can't be published.

error:

Error	85	Web deployment task failed.(Could not connect to 'www.vartan.var'. 
Please check if the computer name is correct and that you can reach this computer.)

what may i do for solving the problem ? thanks for any help

Yoou did not mention whether you have access to the above mentioned server..

That article was to learn on how to publish on IIS7! There are few steps even after web deploy that one have to do in IIS.

publish it as ftp to hard drive. zip the published version. import zip file from iis
