This is not a good question - we cannot work out from that little what you are trying to do.
Remember that we can't see your screen, access your HDD, or read your mind.
Software can't "recharge" anything...
Use the "Improve question" widget to edit your question and provide better information.

I really hate to tell you this but you recharge a phone by plugging it into a power source. You cannot recharge a phone by software. What exactly are you trying to do?

Are you serious? If it is possible to recharge a device using software then any electric/electronic device like mobile, computer, laptop,watches,TVs etc. would be fitted with software. Microsoft would have shipped Windows editions with titles like- 'Windows 7 built in charging Professional edition'. Its time to revisit the school textbooks to study the laws of energy.

The android apps for charging in the google play are just for fun. If you cared to read the complete description of that apps, you would't have posted this question....
