facebook credits error message

hai to all, recently i integrate my game app to facebook credits. present it is in testing. last day alos it shows pay dialog. but presently it shows the following error.

"There Was a Problem Processing Your Payment
Sorry, but we're having trouble processing your payment. You have not been charged for this transaction. Please try again."
why this error occured. please help me. thanks in advance...
