how to install the generated setup by asp.net to any machine and what is the prerequisite of that machine?

A good and complete setup is one that has all the prerequisite already embedded in the app-setup itself that are needed for the application to run successfully.

Instead of looking machine prerequisite, make sure your ASP.NET setup is complete with all that is needed (like .NET Framework correct version!)

lastly, surely you do need to make sure that the serer has good enough hardware configuration to handle the web-requests.
