Sub :Sql Server 2005 Developer Edition not able to connect through ODBC from other system

In my system SQ L Server 2005 Developer Edition is installed in my system having OS Windows 7.

I develop a Windows Application in dot net and it connects to this Database.

In my system I test the connection it is working, but when I try to connect from another machine it is not connecting.
Showing Error Below

Connection Failed:
SqlState:'01000'
Sql Server Error:1326
[Microsoft][ODBC Sql Server Dirver][DBNETLIB]ConnectionOpen
(Connect()).
Connection Failed:
SqlState:'08001'
Sql Server Error:17
[Microsoft][ODBC Sql Server Dirver][DBNETLIB] Server Does not
exist or access denied.
