Iframe Cookies not saved in internet explorer

When I am opening same url in new window its working fine but if I put it in Iframe
its cookies not saved. I have find lots of articles for this subject but enable to successfully implement this thing can any one suggest me a short and good working example for this .

You provided no details of how you are doing this. Is the iframe url in a cross domain?
