Mobile imei Tracker.

Hi friends,

I want to develop mobile imei tracker software. When user will enter imei number
in text field then below will display current location of that imei number. and also want to show hand set model, and service provider.

If any one can have done it before so please help me.

As I see it you cant do it by code, because you need to access to its database. It means you need its service. I think you must contact to a service provider for requesting the necessary service. And I don't know what company and how?!
