How we can reduce toolbar Size by Clicking of Minimize Window ?

I am using toolbar control for navigation in my window application. Now I want to reduce the tool bar size horizontally by clicking on Form Minimization.

if any one phase this type of problem, Please give me solutions for the same.

So, you do not want the form to minimize when they click minimize? You want to change the size of the toolbar instead? I don't follow.
