Automation in .NET GUI Applcations

Hi,

Can any one help me to do automation process.

Here is my concept:

1. Like gmail or google application is there.(Client A)
2. From my application i want to pass values to that Client A - Google or gmail text box i wants to pass information from my application related to that i wants to retrives that data in my application.

Pleae help!
