Ajax control Tool Kit don't work with me

CASE : 1
when i open visual studio 2008 , create a new website , and drag&drop toolkit script , Editor control from Ajax toolkit ,.....it working fine , when i run the website ,the Editor control appeared successfully

BUT

CASE :2
when i open visual studio 2008 ,open an exist website [not create a new web site ], and drag&drop toolkit script, Editor control from Ajax toolkit ,it didn't appeared [website run without errors but the editor control didn't appeared]

note : the website in CASE:2 created using visual studio 2005 but now i run it using visual studio 2008

So , how can i solve this problem

Have you checked the web.config to ensure all the proper entries for the AJAX toolkit?
