how to skip line in DMP Printing after printing a bill

Hi...
Please tell me how to skip line in DMP Printing after printing a bill.
i mean to say when a complete bill is printed then printer skip(Print or leave some extra lines) some lines so that user cut bill with blades of printer . So when next time printer prints bill then first it will REVERSE back to use extra lines left by it.

Tell me how to do this...
