html table top position

I am creating multiple dynamic accordion pane and also creating dynamic html table for each pane and putting labels and textboxes for data entry, below is my problem

1. HTML top position changes when numbers of rows in increases in html table.i have tried below option with no luck

Dim td As New Table
                'td.Style.Add("margin-right:15px;", )
                'td.Attributes.Add("class", "table1")

Any help or remark would be appreciated.
