How to a COM object in Web service

Hi
I used a webservice with com class.Its workin in application.but when i publish the webservice then com dll not supported..I get the following error..

"Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {7E76B26F-41EE-4CC0-9E9B-41658FE44989} failed due to the following error: 80040154."

Please do the needful..
