Static Table in Report viewer

Hi Dear friends
i Create a Report From Microsoft Reportviewer(VB.net) , i have a table in this Report.
in Down of Table (buttom of Report) i have some object (textbox , line , ...) .
my problem is :
when a item added to Table , the Down items Move Down , my mean when table have 1 item , Report hight go big 1 line , if table have 3 item , Report hight go big 3 line , etc.
i want i choose a space for table grow , Table cannot move down items
