HL7 & IHE Implementation

Hi,

I have to develop Healthcare system in which it fits HL7 standards and IHE compatiblility.

I gone through some links but don't understand how to start, from where to start?
How to get data elements from IHE? What is the architecture to follow IHE & HL7?

I need help to start from scratch, atleast if I get idea what are the steps to implement entire HL& & IHE, I can start something.

If you "gone through some links" and still "don't understand how to start", what help could you expect? Maximum you can get is more links, right. If you are going to "go through" them, chances are, you still won't be able to "understand how to start". Aren't we making rounds?

Please see my comment to the question. Your question does not give us a chance to help you; I tried to explain it in these comments.

You might have at least one of two problems: 1) you don't have a skill to work independently, without a tutor or a strong fully-responsible leader; 2) you can work independently only in the fields you are well familiar with and you don't have a skill of jumping into the field which require learning of too much new stuff.

That said, you need to use two ways of overcoming this problem, or combination of both: 1) get your self a strong leader or a tutor working with you on a permanent basis; 2) get yourself either much simpler assignment, or not so easy assignment, but in a fields you feel much more comfortable.

Both ways have some dangers you probably would want to avoid: 1) in first approach, you face a risk to never become a really valuable worker; 2) in second approach, you face a risk of development a habit of staying withing a comfort zone forever.

There is another way but it is perhaps only for the strong characters: rethink you life and make a big leap in mature independent and productive behavior. After all, some weak people were able to say: "I'm a strong character now", and change dramatically. I wish to do it.
