Not a specific question, no information, not showing what he did so far and where he is stuck. And again, an absolutely clueless person is doing a medical project, which gives me a very bad feeling. Hopefully this will never see the light of day, cause people's health/lives could depend from this.

You add a header with some meta-tags and a title and then you add a body with some tags showing the content of your page.

Seriously, do you have a specific question or do you only post here, because your deadline's ahead and you hope your assignment will miraculously solve itself? Ask a specific question, show where you're stuck or what your problem is, and you might get help. Just state "please help me out with master page" will get you nowhere. This is your university-assignment, right? So show some effort and iniciative to prove that the degree you one day might hold in your hands is justified.
