permission given to another user

hi...
In my application there are 3 types of users.suppose if one active user is on leave for one months,while he has to assign his access to another person .... can anyone help me ?

Solution 1

It's a customize development. there is no direct way to do this. following are some hints you can use.

1. identify tables used for access permissions
2. identify entries for user who is on leaves
3. while you are assigning permission to another user, do same access permission entries with another user id.
