DB2 Transaction log - OFF

Hi,
i am running a delete statement, which deltes more than 10000 records in my db2 database table, in that time, when i execute it throws me error, saying "transaction log is full"

my db2 config file details are,

 Group commit count                          (MINCOMMIT) = 1
Percent log file reclaimed before soft chckpt (SOFTMAX) = 520
Log retain for recovery enabled             (LOGRETAIN) = OFF
User exit for logging enabled                (USEREXIT) = OFF

how to turnoff or disable the transaction logging mechanism....?
