Drag and Drop User Control in Silverlight

I am working in Silverlight.
I have created One User Control. And My Main Page I want to display that User control 6 Time which name are Pane-1,Pane-2,Pane-3,Pane-4,Pane-5,Pane-6.
This Panes are Like Small Box which contain Grid Control.
I want to Implement Drag and Drop Control facility. For Example if i drag Pane-1 and Drop it Pane-4 then both are Interchange.
I don't know how to Control Drag and Drop and Also arrange after Drag-Drop.
