Just updated - lost data

Is there anywhere that I can recover my todolist? I looked in backup but that list is 3 months old.

version 6.3.0.0

I was busy doing multiple things and I get a popup that I need to update - so I click - update,,, then there is no latest version. I look in the backup folder and the latest is 3 months old.

If you have any advice I would appreciate it... I will backup regularly now - first time in using this that this has happened...:o(

I think you might have a better change having your question answered if you post it at the forum going with the ToDoList 6.3.7 - An effective and flexible way to keep on top of your tasks[^] article.
The forum is located at the end of the article. There is a New Question[^] button above the forum you can use to post a question.
