Uneditable Portions of a textbox control

Is there any way to create portions of a textbox control (textBox, richTextBox, custom control) that would perfectly work like a textbox control except with certain parts of the text uneditable?

[Edit]hmmm... I didnt think it was, dang, well do you know of any controls that would allow something like this?[Edit]
