how to convert datatype image to nvarchar(50)

i am changing the datatype from image to nvarchar(50)
but it is throwing exception that it can not be converted from image to nvarchar(50) on connected server......

Can any one tell me that is it possible to convert datatype image to nvarchar(50)

Solution 1

You cannot change an "image" type to "nvarchar(50)" as the data types are not compatible.
