How to get internet connection to my mobile through Wifi

Hi,

I want get internet connection to my mobile through my Wifi connection from my laptop. I am using USB mobile broad band device for net connection in my lap.
My laptop brand is HP Pavilion and mobile is Nokia N79 and laptop OS is Windows Vista

Can anyone help me to understand the steps to achive this? Thanks in advance.
