Error on Page on opening popup window

I have make few pages using AJAX in this i have been used the Modal Popup control... I do the functanality of the pages it is working perfect on my machine.... but when i host on client server that pages is not working on client machine... means click on somewhere model popup is not opening then i enable the javascript on client browser but still issue is not resolved... it gives following script error
