Get DATA from HTML file into TEXT file using VB6

Hi,

I want to create a utility which will
prompt the user to select the HTML file and will
collect all DATA from it and create TEXT file

NO HTML tags Should be there in TEXT file
and output should be in intended format

Its Urgent
Pls pls Help

but still Style Sheet codes are there ....
