Why on Earth? Windows Service needs installer you can write and use in separate application or embed in the same Service application.

I have developed a keyboard hook code, I have put that code in activex control Now it works till my browser is open when i close my browser it doesn't work.
now I think that i put that code in windows service, so when user access first time web page then I install that windows service through my activex control installation.
