install windows application through webpage

Hi,
I had developed a C#.net application which hooks keyboard and keep log in database at periodically .when user access any web page i want to check my exe is installed on client machine or not,if not how i install on client machine automatically in slient mode.
I first tried with activex component to deploy my exe but it install only dll files.
Can somebody help me please.

You can't.

Sorry - that is "probable virus activity" and will be prevented at every turn.

So please suggest me any other way so that I can handle key log on client machine.
