Rest Wcf service method does not refresh for every call in mvvm-windows phone 7

I have implemented one page which displays details in listbox based on condition from database.I used rest service to get all details to bind to list.I did this using Model-view-viewmodel in windows phone 7 with silverlight.

It works fine for displaying details for first time.after i do changes and again i call the service the previous details appears insted of new list.I observe thst downloadstringcompleted hold old values and service refreshed only when changes made.Is there any way to get service refreshed every click to get new values.
