Convert Project from Shift-JIS to Unicode character

Hi

I have some bunch of VC++ projects( Solution with 40+ Projects developed in Japanese). All these projects are built in Japanese using Shift-JIS code. Now we have requirement to localize these projects. I would like to know the simple steps to convert all the project to Unicode(UTF-8).

What do you mean "project"? I hope only the data was in Shift-JIS. How about code?
