It should run as a service and also capturing the images, saving it into the file,and the image bytes into the database say MYSQL. How to do this??

You need to spend some time researching all the areas that you need for your project and come back here when you have specific technical questions. There is not sufficient time or space to provide what you are asking in this forum. You would do well to start at the articles[^] section here on CodeProject.

Hello!!!

I'm rookie.
As far as I know that only console application can be registered as Service in Windows XP.

If you insist, you can execute MFC program in your console application.
I don't know the other ways.
