When a window get a Command message through Application
Object's(CWinApp)message Q how it is routed among CView, CDocument,
CSingleDocTemplate(SDI App), CFrameWnd and CWinApp?
My concern is how the WndProc works to do command routing(Where the
information exists: lparam/wparam?) and how Application route command
message with itslef when no handlers are found with other class's of
App?

What's wrong with the detailed MDSN documentation on the topic?

See http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/6d1asasd(v=VS.100).aspx[^].

Why?!!!!!!!!!!!!
I never use anything beyond MSDN unless I face mysterious problem (quite rarely), and advise the same to you.
After all, Google it. If you have a concrete difficulty, ask a more concrete question here at CodeProject.
