i want to put table level security in mysql database

i want to protect mysql database table which user can not view to table and can not copy my table till then user do not put table password. neither user and programmer can not delete table nor take backup of database. if user and programmer want to export and import to table then they cannot that. if any third party tools ab level in the market tell me.
