movable controls?

Hi. I would like to know if it is possible to make a user control with movable controls inside. I mean, A user control with movable buttons and textbox?

I've found a codes regarding movable controls, but I'm not sure if it works. Can anyone provide a good code or guidelines?

I have a follow-up question. I have a paint event that draw lines. Is it possible to have a movable lines? If so please guide me. Thanks. :)
