The user sets the desired width of his form borders. The programmer shouldn't force something like that.



EDIT ================

The user controls these things via the Windows desktop. Voting a 1 on my answer doesn't dispute the fact that programmers should NOT force their own interface ideas on the user. As a user, I *hate* apps that do that.
