Dynamically creating web service using WCF on Plugin modules

My application consists of many plugin modules assemblies and the same can be added after deployment. Application will be using Reflection to expose these class. Is it possible to create a WCF web service for Interface or class in the plugin module. Note: Interface/Class will not be attributed with marked with operational or service contract, since these are already created and I dont have source code.
