Loading Default values at firstrow first column in DatagridView on Formload Event- reg

Dear All,
How to Load Default values in Datagridview at first row first column on form_Load Event. Here I have a Datagridview in which I must load default values at firstrow,firstcolumn and second and third coulmn has checkboxes. In First row only i can get default values and other column I have to bind data from Database.

can anyone suggest me to do this?
