DataGridView adding values dynamically and updating it in databse

I need to know how to add values in dataGridView dynamically.
In my project I need to add values in datagridview like 1 or 2 rows then I have to save it in my sql server database. and update too if same record was there.

In your project you add values in datagridview, or in the GUI a user adds values to the datagridview?
