Can some one help me in developing an app
where the registered website user will be able to check his giftcard balance from my website.
Here my doubt is how can we fetch the data(balance amount) from others website

Start by developing the site. When you have gotten your feet wet with this solution and encounter issues that you cannot figure out, pose more specific questions associated to those issues.
