Accessing CANCard XL library API

Hello,
I want to access the API of CANCard XL Library(Provided by Vector for .Net)in C#. CAN Card is connected through PCMCIA card to the computer. So how can I call these APIs in C#.Net.

Well there are little sample programs by vector in the xl-driver api zip from their website:
http://www.vector.com/downloads/drivers/xl_lib80.zip[^]
