How to minimize & maximize the child window

I am new to Silverlight. I am working on project which had multiple pages. After designing the menu page. I added child window for navigation page. Is there any way to minimize & maximize the child window and open new windows after minimizing the current window.

Solution for the above issue was found in CodeProject itself

But kindly guide me how to use this floating window in our project as separate xaml file like child window.
