Two Listbox values match

I have listboxes inside an edittemplate of a gridview. I have three columns and every columns edit template has listbox control. On change of one listbox control it should match with the listbox of columsn2. If the same value that I have selected from Listbox 1 is already selected in ListBox 2, it should unselect the value from the list box 1.

Can any one help me how to do this using JQUERY or server side request?
